The most efficient way to get 30g of carbohydrate into your system fast. Our gels have a very mild, citrus-based flavour (‘Original’) to reduce flavour fatigue during longer efforts.
The texture is designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimise the need to wash them down with fluid immediately.

Discovered precision hydration products last year while training for Ironman 70.5
The gels are fantastic do the job not sticky easy on my stomach I enjoy taking them good texture.
The 60G Carb& Electrolyte Drink Mix works really well for me delivering cards to keep me fuelled and also electrolytes to keep me balanced. I have used other mixes but this one gives me the best bang for my buck.
I use PH 1500 for pre loading prior to events and post training and post events

Best for taste and small packet size.
Excellent flavour and packet size makes these 2 products ideal for my longer training runs (18+ miles). they are ideal to fit into my running tight side pockets rather than using a waist pack or race vest. The 30g of carbs in a small size is much better than other well known brands I've used in the past.

Nutrition for swimming
Excellent product and service, quick delivery and great communication. Started using the products in November ready for an UltraSwim in May. So using them for swimming - great taste, easy to digest and keeps me swimming for longer. Excellent tasting tablets, gels and the chews are too delicious!

PF 30 Energy Gel - would recommend!
This gel was recommended to me by a regular marathon runner. After purchasing, I can tell a huge difference between the effects of these gels compared to the more regular ones on the market such as SiS & High5. Looking at the nutritional contents, it is clear to see why, which a larger carb / calorie content.
