Being Well Fueled improves your enjoyment of an event.
I rode a Sportive from Newmarket Race Course to Haverhill and back Sunday and felt sufficietly fueled. So much so I've replenished those items used for my Sportive this Saturday at Oakham.

Replenish yourself!
The carb-only gels are a gentle flavor, and not bland or bad. The caffeine and carbs gels do not taste as good but are very effective.
Since I started fueling every 30m during long activities and including a 1000 tablet in my water for those, my energy levels and sustain have felt pretty magical. You really need sodium and easily-processed carbs during the long workouts, and now I totally get why. This stuff is way higher quality than what is at my (beloved!) running store.

10/10 for PH.
I was recommended PH products whilst on a marathon training course. Having ordered these products and thoroughly testing them out, PH has become my go to for fuelling. Fuel of choice!
Cannot fault Precision Hydration. From the online support tool to work out potential carb and electrolytes per hour and great customer service to the actual product. Really easy to use, really effective and easy on my gut. I’ve definitely found my fuel of choice for my Ironman this year!

The best by a long way
The Precision Hydration gels, chews, and electrolytes are by far the nicest sports nutrition I’ve used. They’re well worth the premium compared to other brands to the point that I’d rather carry extra with me than use the different brands provided at some events.
